The Second Amendment Foundation – Stephen Willeford pt 3

The Second Amendment Foundation

Stephen Willeford pt 3

Back on November 5th of 2017, we all seen the news reports of a gunman involved in a mass shooting at a church in Sutherland Springs, Texas that left 26 people murdered inside the First Baptist Church of that town.

A neighbor of the church, hearing the gunfire, took action, grabbed his rifle and ran barefoot out of the door and engaged the gunman as he was exiting the church. That man, Stephen Willeford, is our special guest today.

After helping stop the deadliest mass shooting in the history of Texas in November 2017, Stephen has become known across the country as the “good guy with a gun.” Stephen credits his unwavering faith and penchant for preparedness as to why he was able to step in during this critical incident, believing that each day of his life prepared him for what happened on that Sunday morning. Stephen has begun speaking publicly about his life and experiences, even delivering a lauded speech at the National Rifle Association Convention in May 2018. Because of his selfless service to his community, Stephen was also an honored guest of members of the Texas delegation at the 2018 State of the Union address in Washington, D.C.

He is a member of the National Rifle Association (NRA), was an NRA-certified instructor and a former assistant scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America. He is also a spokesman for the Second Amendment Foundation, the nation’s oldest and largest tax exempt education, research, publishing and legal action group focused on the Constitutional right and heritage to privately own and possess firearms.

Because of this event, you have been doing public speaking and even helping the Governor of Texas, Greg Abbot, on a special commission.

How long have you been involved with the Second Amendment Foundation?

With all of the cancel culture going on in America right now, our rights are under attack like never before. And there is a huge push going on to either eliminate or limit our Constitutional rights under the Second Amendment.

Tell us about the work that the Second Amendment Foundation is doing in our nation right now?

As a spokesman for the Second Amendment Foundation, have you seen interest in your organization growing, what with all of the efforts to take away our 2nd Amendment rights?

I know it must cost huge amounts of money to fight all of these cases, individually, all across America. How can someone make a donation or become an active member of the Second Amendment Foundation?

Are there local chapters that people can become personally involved in? Attend in person meetings, etc.?

Stephen, I do appreciate the work that you and all of the team at the Second Amendment Foundation are doing. This is such vital work that you are doing. If it were not for your organization and others like it, like the NRA, etc., we would already be a nation gone under.

Folks, I cannot emphasize how important it is to support the Second Amendment Foundation. The work they do, all over America, standing up for your Constitutional RIGHT to “keep and bear arms;” The victories they are gaining in courts across this land; the precedents they are setting in legal victory after legal victory – well, they are doing it for one reason – YOU. If the powers that be in this nation had their way, they would strip you of ALL of your Constitutional rights. In fact, Joe Biden has already said that there are no absolutes when it comes to your Constitutional rights.

I urge you to get in touch with the Second Amendment Foundation and donate to their cause, which IS your cause. Help support them, join their organization. Stand for the rights handed down to us by our Founding Fathers. Just click the link below to get in touch and make a donation. Amen!
