Challenging Women to Embrace Change

Carenda Deonne

Have you ever felt like life is spiraling out of control? Or that you are being pressured to be “perfect” in everything you do. This is especially true if you are in the ministry in some form or fashion. God forbid you should ever be anything BUT perfect, right? It seems like people today are putting unnecessary pressure on themselves to live a life of perfection. Then, when they do not live up to the perfect image, they feel like they have failed. Failed in life, failed in business, failed in marriage – you get the picture.

Well, my guest today was just like you. Carenda Deonne she lived like this for many years as a former pastors wife and entrepreneur. After two failed marriages and business relationships, Carenda stopped pointing the finger outward and pointed inward. She confronted her own imperfections, lack of self-love and trust. Only when she was “Carenda,” was she able to life a full and fruitful life.

Now, she is licensed minister, a contributing writer to “Grace and Glory Magazine,” the founder and organizer of P.H.S. which stands for “Prospering Healthy Souls,” which is a Christian centered group for professional women. Through this group, she helps women in fostering prosperity through wisdom, healing and strategy for both, personal and professional growth.

Carenda Deonne is also the a published author of three books, the latest is titled, “Perfect Patty Messed Up Devotional,” which we will be discussing today. She is a professional speaker and takes her message of “IMPACT” all across the world, as she is determined to be an undeniable voice and calls herself, an “agent of change.”
