In your book, “A Higher Road,” you state that you were in a “dark place.” But, you say, by “accident,” you found a “Higher Road.” Explain that time in your life and the circumstances that led you to this “Higher Road?”
You mention this is based in science. How so?
You share that we are able to do this ourself, without the aid of affirmations or traveling to India to sit at the feet of a guru or things like that. It involves a step-by-step process. Can you share with us, in summary form, the step by step process you’ve discovered?
