Have you ever felt like there was something you were “supposed” to do in your life . . . but life has gotten in the way and you just haven’t done it? Perhaps you felt you needed to concentrate on “making a living” and maybe gave too much credence to that area of life rather than sharing the Gospel.

You’ve heard me say that not everyone is called into the Five-fold Ministry. But EVERY BELIEVER is called to do “something.” That could be running a business, even secular in nature. But running it using Christian principles and honoring God in the process. Think Chick Filet.

It could be doing a myriad of different things. Each person has a unique gift and a unique calling that will complement that gift.

My guest today is Sean Mize, author of the book, “Anyone Can Coach.” Sean is a Christian productivity, focus and achievement expert who teaches high-level achievement strategies and online monetization methods. He has written various e-books as well as his “Anyone Can Coach” book. He has recorded numerous audio and video products, created various coaching programs, coached hundreds of clients, including yours truly, and has helped numerous people achieve their goals of having a successful business.

But, through it all, he has shared his Faith as well. He makes no excuses for his Faith in God. It is part of who he is and it comes out in almost all of his training programs. Which is one of the main reasons I have been connected with him for several years now.

Sean Mize ministers to the Christian community to help you to achieve financial freedom. He has a special calling – a special anointing – from God which is to use the internet to teach others. In his experience, Sean feels that, though there is a good bit of online information showing people how to make millions, in actual fact many of these teaching methods are just scams and misinformation.

Today, I want to jump into the Faith Based Training.

Sean discusses his 21 Day Challenge focused on Godly Success. He also shares big “decision moment” he had been struggling with what he were going to focus on this year.

I know some people are wondering how coaching others to be successful in their online businesses could be related to Spiritual matters. Can someone who loves God but really, REALLY, needs to start an online business serve God and have an online business? God and success in business? Isn’t that counter-intuitive in today’s culture?

How are you refocusing yourself, especially where it concerns Faith and your coaching clients, this year?

I guess a looming question might be, “What if they quit because they don’t want to hear about your Faith?” Won’t that affect your bottom line?

God uses other people to meet our needs. For me, personally, that is happening through our ministry and now, through the Podcast Training Program. This is a program that you have helped me to create and to launch. It was only through your persistence that allowed me to move far enough along where I just “went for it.” Do you have a lot of clients that like I was? Worried it wasn’t “good enough” to put out there?

Folks, I am living proof that the concepts Sean Mize is sharing work. If it were not for him holding me accountable, everything this ministry is doing right now would probably still be dream instead of a reality.

I am a 12 year Army veteran as both enlisted and as a commissioned Cavalry Officer.
I am now a retired law enforcement supervisor...

I had my own business for seven years before I entered law enforcement.

As a cop, I was injured on the job on May 12, 2007 and after several surgeries over a couple of years, forced to retire in 2011.

As I was looking down the road to “what am I going to do next?” I started what is now known as a podcast (I had no clue at the time).

Within six months of starting (what I called) “My online radio program” I was offered an opportunity to be on nationwide AM radio. I learned A LOT in one year of doing that!

I then started the online Christian radio platform "Evangelism Radio" in the fall of 2010. It has had listeners in 160+ nations and all 50 states. We host 50+ Christian broadcasters on a weekly basis. We have been operating 24/7 for almost 14 years now. We have been rated #1 in the world by Shoutcast. com on several occasions in our genre. We recently transferred ownership of Evangelism Radio to another ministry so I could concentrate full time on podcasting, preaching and writing.

In 2018, I started the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast to conduct interviews with Christian influencers from all walks of life and to play their interviews on the radio station. (The KCR Podcast has its own time slot on Evangelism Radio)!
We now have over 1600 episodes and almost 1100 interviews (in just over 6 years).

Looking out at the future of online Christian media, I noticed there was no viable platforms that catered only to the Christian podcast market.

In 2023, we launched a networking platform called, "FaithCasters" which connects "Great Christian podcasters with Great Christian Guests!" This helps to promote the work you do through podcast interviews! Check it out at https://FaithCaster.org

We recently launched "FaithCaster Academy" which serves as a training hub for ALL of our trainings (podcast training / speaker training / interview training, etc.). Members receive access to ALL of our training programs for one low, monthly membership fee. Members also receive FREE access to ALL of the LIVE trainings I conduct (1 or 2 per month) - while non-members have to pay to access the live trainings.

Between my podcast training program, conducting podcast interviews, appearing on other podcasts as guests, speaking at conferences (in person and virtually) and the podcast networking platform, I guess you could say “I’m all in” when it comes to podcasting and online media!
