We have all heard of “Big Brother.” We have seen the news reports of cameras everywhere. “Somebody” monitoring your every move. Cell phones that know exactly where you are at almost all of the time. Even when you have the cell phone OFF.
My guest today is our good friend, Tom Donnan. Every single time we get together, there is always SOMETHING that never ceases to amaze me. Tom has unique gift to take something that seems minor on the surface, and is able to expose it for the evil lurking behind the mask.
In our last interview, we discussed how “Big Brother” follows you via cameras, facial recognition and things like that. If you missed that interview, you need to go back to the archives and listen to episode number 571.
Today, we are going to talk about something the Chinese have implemented to help control their population – but is also being toyed with here in the United States and around the world. You may not even realize it is being used. You may not see anything wrong with how it is being used – right now. But, if left unchecked, well, let’s just say the anti-Christ will be using the fully developed version very soon.

Now, for those that may have missed our earlier interviews, I want to you tell us in your own words, “Who is Tom Donnan?”
Ok, I want to jump right into the “Social Credit System.” It’s is already being used in China. But it is also being introduced here, in the United States. Not as massive and pervasive as it is being used in China, yet. But tell us what it is and how it’s being used.
China’s Social Credit System
- Paid workers called; Information collectors
- Good information
- Bad information
- Established point system begins with 1000 points
- Good deeds receive additional points
- Bad deeds, points are subtracted.
- Total points go public
- Rewards for good behavior; restrictions with bad behavior
- Saving face is a motivation to comply
- Fall below minimum points you receive consequences
- High speed train travel denied
- Loans denied
- Actions are required to produce good deeds to fix low score
- By 2020 China hopes to rate all of its citizens.
