Doug Stebleton has been working in the entertainment business since 1987. Born and raised in Glasgow, Montana, he came to Hollywood at age 19 and has lived and worked in southern California since then. His expertise is music publishing for film and television. His company owns a catalog of songs that are licensed to the film and television studios and to independent productions as well.

Doug is not only a film producer, but an author, praise God! But it is his love of history that drives him to make films and documentaries that are inspiring, informative and educational – all at the same time. His love and passion for history led Doug to create and produce the film, “Mother of Normandy,” which he has turned into a hard cover book an e-book.

Doug is also part of “Good Fight Ministries,” which exists for the glory of God and for equipping Christians with the Truth, by exposing the unfruitful works of darkness (Ephesians 5:11), while maintaining a heart to win the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Good Fight Ministries specializes in teaching and encouraging spiritual warfare against the powers of darkness, as well as sharing important insights as they relate to biblical prophecy and the end times. The tools that Good Fight make available have proven to be incredibly effective in leading thousands of people to Christ and encouraging Believers in their walk with the Lord. 

Doug Stebleton was on a few years back and we have maintained contact since then… I consider Doug a great friend and when I found out he has just published another amazing book…I just had to get him back on to tell us all about it. Amen!

This is book number two in the “Hollywood Time Travel” series, titled, “The Inventors.” I was just published on Amazon on August 28th of this year… amen. Book one is titled “It’s A Wonderful Time” and was published in 2021…and that book was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed it so much – I gave it out as Christmas gifts to family. Amen!

Doug also produced a documentary on the Normandy Invasion titled “The Mother of Normandy,” which I’ll give him a chance to talk about that film AND a brand new book, also titled, “The Mother of Normandy – Special 80th D Day Anniversary Edition.” Amen!

With that being said… help me welcome back to the program, our good friend, Doug Stebleton. Doug, it is so good to talk to you again, brother!

First question I always start with is this… other than that brief information I just shared, can you tell us in your own words, “Who is Doug Stebleton?”

I know you autographed a copy of your first book in the “Hollywood Time Travel” series for my daughter – and she just loved it… as well as I. That book was just one of those books you can stop reading… I think I told you I read the entire book in like two days. I would work and when I took a break I’d pick up the book and read a couple more chapters, etc.

I’m an avid reader… I read upwards of 20 books a year… so that averages about 2 per month… but, like I said, that first book was finished in two days… maybe three, tops.

I can’t wait to read, “The Inventors…” - from what I understand, this is dealing with something that we are very familiar with today, wireless cell phones and Bluetooth technology… but, this is set in 1941. Can you share with us a little bit about your book?

This book also has your two main time traveling characters, Evan West and Dr. Cooper, from the first book. Is that right?

The first book was set in, if I remember correctly, 1946?

In the first book, a car accident launched Evan through a portal of sorts…

This book starts with a surprise…it appears they went “back in time” instead of forward in time from the end of the last book. Is that right?

Before we finish – I wanted to hear about your trip to Normandy and about the special edition book you wrote for the 80th anniversary of D-Day…

As you know, I’ve had Pastor Joe Schimmel on a few times. The work that “Good Fight Ministries” does is so impactful… You are exposing the works of darkness in ways that, well those that operate in the dark does not appreciate. Amen! It is definitely shining THE LIGHT into the darkness of Hollywood and Marvel Comics and DC Comics, etc.

As we get ready to close… I did want you to share a little bit about “Good Fight Ministries.” What is the next big project that “Good Fight Ministries” is preparing for now?
