Have you ever considered what “truly matters in your life?” For some people, it’s their family. For others it is their reputation. What is it in your life that truly matters to YOU? This is the question that our guest today wanted to share about through her music. To get you to think about what really is important to YOU. Elenee Young is a multi-award winning Christian recording artist, song writer and producer that has a new release titled, “I Don’t Want It.” This song challenges listeners to reflect on their own lives and to consider what truly does matter the most to them. The message in the song is very clear: “Worldly success is fleeting and often comes with strings attached. But a life led by Faith and guided by God is profoundly rewarding.” Amen! Have you always been in the Christian niche? How does your Faith influence the music your write? If you had to describe your style of music, how would you do that? Does it have any particular leaning, like “country” or “rock” or “contemporary,” etc.? How many songs do you have on your album? But your main track is “I Don’t Want It.” Can you share with us the story behind that song? How many albums have you created? If you could share one thing from your music that you would want your listener to remember, what would that one thing be? What is your goal in the music ministry business?
