It’s been said about Real Estate, that “they don’t make that stuff anymore.” So it is a limited amount. God does not create more land just because… amen! Many people have made their living in the trading of land for dollars…it’s called “Real Estate” for a reason. You can REALLY create an Estate in this industry.
The question many people have is: HOW?
How can they start without a lot of money?
How can they find the deals that will give them enough profit?
How can they negotiate all of the legal hurdles to be successful?

Alex Sezer, Jr excelled at the Texas A&M college, both as a student leader and as an athlete on the football team! He was the Captain of the football team and graduated as magma cum laude in engineering…
He became the President of not one, but two multi-million dollar real estate companies and scaled his personal portfolio to over 340 units – using $0 dollars out of pocket! Amen!
Alex’s focus is in organizational improvement and he does that by focusing on cultural transformation. He helps Christian business leaders go from Sunday morning inspiration to Monday morning implementation – by focusing on biblical principles to help create passionate, profitable and purpose-driven organizations. He does this by combining the Bible, business and management with a mission, profits with a purpose and a culture with Christ. Glory to God!
First question I always start with is this… Other than that brief in formation I just shared, can you tell us in your own words, “Who is Alex Sezer, Jr?”
How and why did you make the transition from college football and a degree in engineering, to a career in real estate?
You focus a lot on culture. I’m taking this to mean the culture of the business you are helping?
You have a saying, “Show me your culture and I’ll show you your future.” Can you explain that for us?
What are the different areas of the culture are you looking at? I believe you call them “The Seven Elements of Culture?”
Why are these important areas to evaluate?
You also specialize in Biblical Leadership and translating that to business. You share about applying Jesus’ leadership model. What is that and how do you accomplish this?
We opened with a question of how you were able to create and grow your real estate holdings without using any of your personal finances. Is that even possible today, with the financial crises the way it is right now?
