Prepare America: Hope For A Nation in Crisis – Rob Winters - Part 1

We know that America and the world is undergoing something that, for lack of a better word, will change America forever. You’ve heard me say, that just like Pearl Harbor changed America, life was never the same after that. Just like 9-11 changed America, life was never the same after that. This virus, that has shut down the WORLD, not just America, is going to forever change everything around the planet.

Talk is about “going back to normal.” But that will never happen. There is not going to be a “normal” to go back to.

But, what should we do? How will America change? Is any of this been predicted? Could anyone see this coming? What does the Bible have to say about this?

For the answers to these questions and more, my guest, Pastor Rob Winters of the “Prepare the Way” Church in Phoenix, Arizona is here to share with us some important insights to what is actually happening in America right now.

Pastor Winters ministry is focused on preaching repentance and revival as well as equipping the saints. Rob has been preaching since 1989, and ministered as an itinerant prophet for 20 years (1996 through 2015). He led the Gate Keepers International Prophetic Network from 2003 through 2008. Most recently, he, and his beloved wife Kay, planted Prepare the Way International Church in Phoenix, Arizona in January 2016.

Rob has earned a Master of Biblical Studies (M.B.S) degree from Christian International School of Theology and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) in Discipleship degree from Primus University of Theology. Rob also has authored six published books, including the one we will be discussing today that is so relevant to what is happening in the world, titled, “PREPARE AMERICA! Hope for a Nation in Crisis.” This is the third revised and expanded edition of this book and I am looking forward to getting into this discussion!

Help me welcome to the program, Pastor Rob Winters! Pastor, thank you for taking the time to come on the program today!

First question, other than that short information I just shared, tell us in your own words, “Who is Rob Winters?”

Before we get into the book, I would like to get a bit of background. When did you realize you had a prophetic call on your life?

How has that shaped your ministry over the years?

You had a prophetic encounter back in March of 2011. Can you share with us about this encounter and how it actually led you to write this book “Prepare America: Hope for a Nation in Crisis?”

You start the book off, in chapter one, by referencing Mark 1:2-3 and also John 1:23. What are the significances of those scriptures in the warning for America?

You explain that judgment must start with the churches, the House of the Lord, FIRST. In your opinion, is that what we see happening now?

I believe the entire church structure is about to be rebuilt. Just like in any restructuring effort, the old building is leveled and then a new structure is built on the foundation. Is that what is happening now?

Is this a “times of refreshing” for the church?

We hear a lot of preachers talk about 2 Chronicles 7:14. Is this what is happening, the Lord is calling on believer to “Repent” for our national sins? Or is this something else entirely?

Can you give us some Biblical examples of genuine repentance and spiritual cleansing and who this helps God’s messengers?

So, it sounds like you are saying the ministers have, basically, disqualified themselves from participating in this coming Great Awakening. Is that right?

Folks, you know we are living the last minutes of the last days of the last times before all hell breaks loose on this earth. The Good News is, Jesus is going to return! Praise God!

I had my own business for seven years before I entered law enforcement.

As a cop, I was injured on the job on May 12, 2007 and after several surgeries over a couple of years, forced to retire in 2011.

As I was looking down the road to “what am I going to do next?” I started what is now known as a podcast (I had no clue at the time).

Within six months of starting (what I called) “My online radio program” I was offered an opportunity to be on nationwide AM radio. I learned A LOT in one year of doing that!

I then started the online Christian radio platform "Evangelism Radio" in the fall of 2010. It has had listeners in 160+ nations and all 50 states. We host 50+ Christian broadcasters on a weekly basis. We have been operating 24/7 for almost 14 years now. We have been rated #1 in the world by Shoutcast. com on several occasions in our genre. We recently transferred ownership of Evangelism Radio to another ministry so I could concentrate full time on podcasting, preaching and writing.

In 2018, I started the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast to conduct interviews with Christian influencers from all walks of life and to play their interviews on the radio station. (The KCR Podcast has its own time slot on Evangelism Radio)!
We now have over 1600 episodes and almost 1100 interviews (in just over 6 years).

Looking out at the future of online Christian media, I noticed there was no viable platforms that catered only to the Christian podcast market.

We recently launched "FaithCaster Academy" which serves as a training hub for ALL of our trainings (podcast training / speaker training / interview training, etc.).
