You can’t afford to hire just anyone! You need to make sure the people you are interviewing are right for the job! How do you do that?
My guest today is Kyle Gorman, CEO of Gorman Recruiting. His life passion is to help you build a high performing team that you will be able to depend on and will help your organization to grow and to thrive!

How did you get started in this line of work?
You say this is also your ministry. How so?
As I shared in my opening statement, how can a business ensure they are hiring the right people for the jobs they are trying to fill? In this environment with more jobs than people, how can a company know they are recruiting or hiring the right people for the jobs they have available?

There is a lot of backlash for standing up for Christian values in today’s society. How is that affecting the work place?
How can companies make their policies clear to potential applicants and not be labeled as discriminatory in their hiring practices?
What are some of the basic principles a hiring manager or boss needs to know to effectively lead a team in today’s employment culture?
