The Hebrew Key to Prophecy, Time Travel, and the Universe

Chaim Hiam Bentorah part 2

The podcast episode features a profound dialogue between Pastor Bob Thibodeau and Dr. Chaim Ventura, diving into the intricate connection between biblical prophecy and the concept of alternate dimensions. They explore the notion that the Kingdom of Heaven may exist as a distinct dimension, intertwining spiritual and physical realities—a theme that resonates deeply with both theological and scientific perspectives. Dr. Ventura elucidates the ancient Jewish concept of 'zimzum,' suggesting that it embodies the idea of being simultaneously present and absent, which may provide insights into biblical events such as the Transfiguration. As they navigate through the implications of particle theory in relation to creation, the discussion challenges listeners to reconsider their understanding of divine presence and the cosmos. Ultimately, the episode invites reflection on the layers of meaning found within the Hebrew scriptures and how they might transform one's faith journey.

Takeaways:

  • Pastor Bob Thibodeau emphasizes the podcast's global outreach, showcasing influential Christian figures to amplify their messages effectively.
  • The discussion delves deeply into the concept of the Kingdom of Heaven as potentially representing an alternate dimension beyond human comprehension.
  • The ancient Jewish concept of 'zimzum' is presented as a profound notion of simultaneous presence and absence, suggesting a complex interplay of spiritual dimensions.
  • The Ark of the Covenant's significance is explored, with suggestions that it embodies a 'ghost covenant' existing beyond physical reality, raising questions about spiritual versus material existence.
  • The podcast highlights the idea that God’s creation and the essence of matter can be understood through a blend of biblical narratives and principles of quantum physics.
  • Listeners are encouraged to explore Hebrew language studies as a means to deepen their understanding of biblical texts, supported by accessible online resources.

Now here is your host with today's interview, Pastor Bob Thibodeau.

Speaker B:

Hello everyone everywhere.

Speaker B:

Pastor Bob Thibodeau here.

Speaker B:

Welcome to the Kingdom Crossroads podcast.

Speaker C:

Today.

Speaker B:

We're so blessed you're joining us for part two in the conclusion of a great discussion with a great guest is Haim Ben, Torah, prophecy expert, Hebrews studies expert.

Speaker B:

Folks, if you missed any of part one, you got to go back and catch up because I just don't have time to go into everything we talked about.

Speaker B:

But we're going to pick up the conversation here as he's transitioning into explaining how the Kingdom of Heaven could actually be a another dimension.

Speaker B:

And this has been fascinating because I've seen some studies on this and some, some discussions on this, and I found it so fascinating.

Speaker B:

And he's now going into that area and you do not want to miss this.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker B:

It is awesome.

Speaker B:

So without further ado, let's jump right back into the episode and the conclusion of our interview with Dr.

Speaker B:

Chaim Ventura.

Speaker C:

And I really believe it does play very heavily into prophecy.

Speaker C:

I don't have that much time to get into it, but they have what's called the ancient Jewish sages teach something called zimzum, present and absent at the same time.

Speaker C:

And the Ark of the Covenant, they say was a ghost covenant.

Speaker C:

You know, everybody's looking for the Ark of the Covenant because.

Speaker C:

And yet the Bible clearly says the Ark of the Covenant was in heaven.

Speaker C:

But, you know, they're hoping to find the Ark of the Covenant and so forth on Earth, so maybe they will.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

But what they'll find most likely is the Ghost Covenant, because the Holy of holies was like 20 cubits wide.

Speaker C:

And according to specifications, one side of the ark was to be 10 cubits from one wall.

Speaker C:

The other side of the ARC would be 10 cubits from the other side of the wall.

Speaker C:

Well, that equals 20.

Speaker C:

Where's the two and a half cubits for the size of the Ark?

Speaker C:

And that's what they're saying is that the Ark is there, but it's not there.

Speaker C:

It's like a ghost covenant.

Speaker B:

That's good.

Speaker C:

Yeah, I mean, that's.

Speaker C:

That's a lot of these little things that are buried, and it's called zimzum.

Speaker B:

Let's go back to using that.

Speaker B:

The transition to, you know, what you mentioned previously.

Speaker B:

I want to go back to that.

Speaker B:

And that's about the alternate universe, you know.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

And that.

Speaker B:

That kind of leads right into that, you know.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

It's there.

Speaker B:

We just can't see it.

Speaker C:

Yes.

Speaker C:

You know, go back to Genesis.

Speaker C:

Genesis 1:2, where it says the spirit of God and one translation says brute it over the earth or it hovered over the earth.

Speaker C:

Well, actually, when you look at that word in the Hebrew, it has the idea of moving back and forth very swiftly.

Speaker C:

What's that?

Speaker C:

A vibration.

Speaker C:

The spirit of God vibrated over the earth.

Speaker C:

God created the heavens and the earth.

Speaker C:

I mean, he created particles.

Speaker C:

We are made up of simply particles.

Speaker C:

You know, this desk I'm at, clothes I'm wearing, they're all made of the same stuff that you and I are made up.

Speaker C:

We're just a bunch of particles that vibrate and then form matter.

Speaker C:

And when God created the heavens and the earth, he created the particles.

Speaker C:

And then the spirit of God vibrated over it and vibrated all those particles into a tree, into a rock, into a mountain.

Speaker C:

I mean, it falls right into what you learn in quantum physics.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

And.

Speaker B:

Yeah, when you.

Speaker B:

And we also look at, you know, where Jesus walked through the wall when the disciples were locked in the room.

Speaker B:

You know, I mean, you know, when he was walking with the disciples on the road to Emmaus.

Speaker B:

And once they recognize him, he was no longer present there.

Speaker C:

That's.

Speaker C:

That's the idea of the zimzum.

Speaker C:

Yeah, is zim.

Speaker C:

Zoom is the ability to.

Speaker C:

It's absent and present at the same time.

Speaker C:

It's like a bubble that exists here on earth.

Speaker C:

You know, God created the earth for a dwell.

Speaker C:

To have a dwelling place.

Speaker C:

But because of sin and darkness, he cannot really dwell in the earth.

Speaker C:

And so he wanted.

Speaker C:

They built the tabernacle where everything had to be purified, cleansed and holy.

Speaker C:

You know, holiness is, you know, there's no darkness.

Speaker C:

It all had to be removed.

Speaker C:

And then God was able to dwell in his Shekinah glory there in the holy of holies.

Speaker C:

And it was to, you know, Paul said, know you not?

Speaker C:

Your bodies are a temple of God.

Speaker C:

He's talking to Jews, you know, don't you know that this is what you're taught all your life?

Speaker C:

Your bodies are a temple of God.

Speaker C:

In other words, that was the whole purpose was that you come to the tabernacle where you are cleansed and purified so that God can dwell within you, so that you can be a dwelling place and that you can go out and bring others into this relationship with God, so that God, because God wanted to dwell within you and we are the dwelling place of God.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker C:

Well, Zim zoom.

Speaker C:

Is that somehow Peter, James and John, when they were up there on the mount of Transfiguration, they, the Bible doesn't say he was entered.

Speaker C:

They were introduced to Elijah and Moses.

Speaker C:

They just knew it.

Speaker C:

How could they have known it except for the fact that they were caught up in that alternative realm which meshed it somehow brought together the natural world in the supernatural world in like a little bubble.

Speaker C:

And so they were able to interact with the supernatural world.

Speaker B:

And that might be why Jesus told them, don't talk about what you just seen up here.

Speaker B:

Yeah, because, because they're going to think you're nuts.

Speaker C:

But you know, I, I, I found something really interesting in the Talmud a few years ago that said when temple was destroyed, the second temple was destroyed.

Speaker C:

Well, the first temple, after first temple was destroyed, three things did not exist in the first temple exist in the second temple that existed in the first.

Speaker C:

The first was a fire from heaven.

Speaker C:

When the temple was inaugurated, fire came out of heaven.

Speaker C:

And then the high priest was assigned to make sure that fire never goes out.

Speaker C:

His job was to feed that fire and keep it, you know, burning.

Speaker C:

Well, when the second temple was destroyed, the fire went out and there was no fire from heaven to relight reignite that fire.

Speaker C:

So they had to do it themselves.

Speaker C:

So the fire of God was missing the power of the unum and thunum, it's where they heard directly from God.

Speaker C:

You know, you go to the high priest, he's got the unum and thunum.

Speaker C:

And there's different views on what that unum and thunum was.

Speaker C:

The Talmud teaches that if that represented the breastplate that the high priest wore, and the stones would light up each stone indicating a couple of Hebrew letters and it was actually spell out the answer.

Speaker C:

You know, you ask God like David, you know, should we fight against them or not?

Speaker C:

Go against the Malachites or not, and you know, the word would pop up, go get them.

Speaker C:

You know, God speak to him with the through the union of thumm.

Speaker C:

It was their prophetic, the prophecy.

Speaker C:

But that no longer worked.

Speaker C:

The unum no longer worked in the second temple.

Speaker C:

And then the third thing was the Holy Spirit did Not exist there.

Speaker C:

The Ark of the Covenant was gone.

Speaker C:

The Ark of the Covenant was not in the holy temple.

Speaker C:

They were in the same spot where the Ark of the Covenant sat.

Speaker C:

And the Talmud teaches that there's like a portal on that spot where the holy of holy is that connects to heaven.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker C:

But there's no.

Speaker C:

But the Ark isn't there where the Shekinah glory rested.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

And so the Holy Spirit, as they even said the Holy Spirit did not dwell in the second temple.

Speaker C:

So three things were missing.

Speaker C:

The prophecy, the Holy Spirit, and the fire of God.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker C:

And the Talmud clearly teaches that when the Messiah comes, once the Messiah is glorified, then these three things will return.

Speaker C:

What was Jesus saying then?

Speaker C:

He say a couple times in the Bible, well, I've not yet glorified.

Speaker C:

Remember those words?

Speaker C:

What was he talking about?

Speaker C:

You know, it was the final certification in those days.

Speaker B:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker C:

It was the final certification that he was truly the Messiah.

Speaker C:

And what happened 40 days after he died on the cross?

Speaker C:

They were sitting in an upper room and fire came from heaven.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

The Holy Spirit descended upon the disciples.

Speaker C:

And they did what?

Speaker C:

They began to prophesy and, you know, teach through power.

Speaker C:

Holy Spirit.

Speaker C:

So I found it really interesting.

Speaker C:

The Talmud actually teaches about Day of Pentecost.

Speaker C:

Prophesied the day of Pentecost would come.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker B:

You know, there's.

Speaker B:

I know that a lot of Christians, they feel intimidated by, you know, Hebrew and all that.

Speaker B:

Where do you recommend they start?

Speaker B:

I mean, what small steps can.

Speaker B:

Can help them to begin to lift this veil and experience this type of scripture more deeply?

Speaker C:

Well, they can come to our, you know, online all access site@wwerewardstudy.com we offer a class on there and an online class in Hebrew where I can teach you in six weeks to use the Hebrew language as well as my advanced Hebrew students did.

Speaker C:

You know, aside from that, the Internet is the greatest gift we have today because everything you need is right on there.

Speaker C:

You go to Bible Hub, you go to Hebrew for Christians.

Speaker C:

I mean, there is a ton of material on there that can walk you through.

Speaker C:

You don't have to the, you know, you all.

Speaker C:

You hear the horror stories from the pastors and so forth.

Speaker C:

Oh, I almost flunked out of Bible college because, you know, I had to learn Hebrew and they brainwashed me when I learned Hebrew and so forth.

Speaker C:

Well, that's because you had to memorize all these declensions and everything.

Speaker C:

And the reason you had to memorize it was that when you would take A test.

Speaker C:

And you wouldn't have you sit down, you write the answers to the test without any help, without any notes or anything.

Speaker C:

You had to have it all by memory.

Speaker C:

That's the classic, you know, you're trained.

Speaker C:

It's a classical training.

Speaker C:

They call it classical education.

Speaker C:

But you know, for the Christian, you just want to study the word of God.

Speaker C:

You want to dive deep into the word of God and look at all these different words and the various meanings behind the words and trace these words that are Semitic origins.

Speaker C:

And that's, that's very simple to do when you have all the online resources necessary to do it.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker C:

So it's available today and all you need is just the confidence to realize you can do it.

Speaker C:

If you really want to study the word of God in original language.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker B:

And all this is available on your website?

Speaker C:

Yeah, well I have two websites.

Speaker C:

I have a blog where I do a word study every day.

Speaker C:

That's on Kyram Ventura Ministries.

Speaker C:

But then we have a subscription site, it's like $20 a month, $1 for the first month and then 20 after that where we have a whole database of my 30 years of research and study of, you know, Hebrew word studies and tracing words, their origins, plus classes in Hebrew and Aramaic, online classes.

Speaker C:

And that's, you know, $20 a month.

Speaker C:

So it's under.

Speaker C:

That's good.

Speaker C:

WWW Hebrew wordstudy.com Plus if you go to our website, Kai Mature Ministries, they got a little like that, I don't know rt I put up a little what pop up window that drives you nuts every time you're trying to read something, but it'll pop up and tell you how to sign up for it.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker B:

So if someone has a question or they like get more information or maybe they want to get in touch with you, do an interview like this.

Speaker B:

How can they do that?

Speaker B:

How's the best way to get in touch with you.

Speaker C:

Through our website at to KY Ventura Ministries and leave a note on there and amen.

Speaker C:

You know.

Speaker C:

Well, amen.

Speaker B:

I'll put the links down below in the show notes.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker C:

Yeah folks.

Speaker B:

Man, wasn't this an eye openening conversation?

Speaker B:

I mean this is great.

Speaker C:

I could keep.

Speaker C:

There's one other thing I just wanted to share though because it's really important.

Speaker C:

I was going to share about my book.

Speaker C:

Oh yeah?

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

I've written about 24 books, but one I really enjoyed writing and I'll admit it's a lot of speculation.

Speaker C:

It's a Hebrew teacher looks at stargates, time travel and alternative universes.

Speaker C:

And what I kick it off with is the Garden of Eden.

Speaker C:

And just to give you a brief, you know, if you just got.

Speaker C:

Give me a couple minutes to give you a brief understanding how I arrived at the word for tree in Hebrew is est, and it means a tree.

Speaker C:

But when you really look and examine the origin of that word in Semitic root.

Speaker C:

And Rabbi Samson Hirsch, who was a 19th century linguist and Hebrew master, said that this word est, also means a concentration of power.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

So being a science fiction fan, I got to thinking, why couldn't these concentrations of powers be like stargates?

Speaker C:

Who's to say?

Speaker C:

And this is speculation, but we don't know how much time passed between the creation of Adam and Eve and the fall.

Speaker C:

There could have been a few million years in there, couldn't there?

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

We assume it happened right away.

Speaker C:

They no sooner got created and they went out and sinned.

Speaker C:

But maybe they had even had children, Adam and Eve, because that was their first command, you know, go out and, you know, have a lot of kids.

Speaker C:

And who's to say that these concentrations of power were stargates?

Speaker C:

That because God created this whole universe, hundreds of thousands of stars and planets, and only just one planet is going to have populated.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker C:

What about the fact that maybe there's a million years there where Adam and Eve are having kids?

Speaker C:

Because Adam and Eve were created to be eternal.

Speaker C:

They didn't start to die until they actually sinned.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

And so these children would pass through these stargates and go to other worlds and start occupying other worlds and that maybe a lot of these.

Speaker C:

Or alternative universes, they say, you know, some physicists say there's millions of alternative universes.

Speaker C:

Maybe they go to these different universes and they, you know, pass through and they probably come back to Earth just, you know, all the UFOs that we're seeing, everything.

Speaker C:

Isn't it possible maybe they come back to their roots and.

Speaker C:

Yeah, but somehow we're all interrelated.

Speaker B:

I want to get you to come back on.

Speaker B:

We'll just talk about this book because it sounds fascinating.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker C:

I had a number of science.

Speaker C:

It was reviewed by a number of science fiction writers, and one writer said, you know, I became a Christian not too long ago, and I just felt so guilty writing my science fiction books because it didn't seem to fit, you know, the orthodox teaching and what you presented to this book.

Speaker C:

I feel free now to write, continue writing my science fiction.

Speaker C:

Give me a good, you know, Christian standpoint.

Speaker C:

This.

Speaker B:

Yeah, that sounds like what we.

Speaker B:

Because I don't, I just don't want to gloss over that.

Speaker B:

I want to do a little deep dive on but we're all out of time for today.

Speaker B:

Yeah, we're gonna go ahead and get you book done.

Speaker B:

We'll come back.

Speaker C:

Yeah, don't get me started on time travel and.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker B:

Folks, this been an eye openening conversation.

Speaker B:

I mean we just barely scratched the surface of how the Hebrew scriptures hold layers, layers of meaning that can transform how we can read and understand the Bible, understand God, how we live out our faith.

Speaker B:

I want to thank Torah.

Speaker C:

Every week I teach a Torah class and it's over to five books of the Bible and I've been doing it now for six years and.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker C:

So I, I put it up on our all access site so I can't repeat the same things I said the years before.

Speaker C:

And I keep approaching the Torah study for the coming week and I said, I've taught this now for six years.

Speaker C:

Is there really anything new?

Speaker C:

And there always is, you know, when I sit down and look at, I'll always find something I've never seen before.

Speaker C:

Amen.

Speaker C:

I love how a rabbi once said that when he was in the yeshiva and his teacher, rabbi, he would sit, they would be divided up in twos and have, you know, study partners.

Speaker C:

And rabbi would sit at his desk with feet on the desk while they, the two study partners studied together.

Speaker C:

Then the rabbi would get up, he'd go to various desks and he'd sit down where the two students are and he'd say, okay, teach me something.

Speaker C:

He would ask this learned rabbi who all his life studied the Torah.

Speaker C:

He would be anxious to learn something new.

Speaker C:

Teach me something new.

Speaker C:

Teach me something I haven't already known.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker C:

You know, and that's the Jewish understanding is that there.

Speaker C:

The word of God is a.

Speaker C:

Well, it's never going to run dry.

Speaker C:

We're never going to get everything.

Speaker C:

We'll spend eternity discovering things in the word of God that we never.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

Oh yeah.

Speaker B:

Close to.

Speaker B:

Well, I have a feeling, you know, I've said this before, that I have a feeling we get to heaven.

Speaker B:

Our learning is just beginning.

Speaker C:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

At that point it's like, okay, you finally made it to kindergarten.

Speaker B:

Congratulations.

Speaker C:

Right?

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker B:

Amen.

Speaker C:

Well, you can't read it, can you?

Speaker C:

It's called the Divine Kiss where I believe every Christian is to going and experience a rapture.

Speaker C:

Amen.

Speaker C:

Not just the lucky ones have to be alive at the end days, but every believer is going to have the same experience that those who were raptured are going to have.

Speaker B:

Amen.

About your host

Profile picture for Robert Thibodeau

Robert Thibodeau

I am a 12 year Army veteran as both enlisted and as a commissioned Cavalry Officer.
I am now a retired law enforcement supervisor...

I had my own business for seven years before I entered law enforcement.

As a cop, I was injured on the job on May 12, 2007 and after several surgeries over a couple of years, forced to retire in 2011.

As I was looking down the road to “what am I going to do next?” I started what is now known as a podcast (I had no clue at the time).

Within six months of starting (what I called) “My online radio program” I was offered an opportunity to be on nationwide AM radio. I learned A LOT in one year of doing that!

I then started the online Christian radio platform "Evangelism Radio" in the fall of 2010. It has had listeners in 160+ nations and all 50 states. We host 50+ Christian broadcasters on a weekly basis. We have been operating 24/7 for almost 14 years now. We have been rated #1 in the world by Shoutcast. com on several occasions in our genre. We recently transferred ownership of Evangelism Radio to another ministry so I could concentrate full time on podcasting, preaching and writing.

In 2018, I started the Kingdom Cross Roads Podcast to conduct interviews with Christian influencers from all walks of life and to play their interviews on the radio station. (The KCR Podcast has its own time slot on Evangelism Radio)!
We now have over 1600 episodes and almost 1100 interviews (in just over 6 years).

Looking out at the future of online Christian media, I noticed there was no viable platforms that catered only to the Christian podcast market.

In 2023, we launched a networking platform called, "FaithCasters" which connects "Great Christian podcasters with Great Christian Guests!" This helps to promote the work you do through podcast interviews! Check it out at https://FaithCaster.org

We recently launched "FaithCaster Academy" which serves as a training hub for ALL of our trainings (podcast training / speaker training / interview training, etc.). Members receive access to ALL of our training programs for one low, monthly membership fee. Members also receive FREE access to ALL of the LIVE trainings I conduct (1 or 2 per month) - while non-members have to pay to access the live trainings.

Between my podcast training program, conducting podcast interviews, appearing on other podcasts as guests, speaking at conferences (in person and virtually) and the podcast networking platform, I guess you could say “I’m all in” when it comes to podcasting and online media!

My total focus is to do all we can to assist you to “Get The Word Out” about your mission, services, products, ministry, books, business, etc.
